Tried to cook something new so I got this giant smoked turkey leg, wrapped it in thick cut bacon, fully loaded potato soup & cornbread from GFS (work). Lemme tell ya, that turkey was definitely smoked 'cos it was smokin' up my apt...but it smelled & tasted so good. I need to learn how to cook it better and my timing on all of it 'cos it seemed a bit under cooked but it was still great.
