Atari Jaguar CD Repaired

These are notorious for not working and this is the first one I've ever seen or worked on...but ya know I got it working...

At first the pass-thru connectors weren't working to read the carts but after a lot of screw tightening and cleaning...that worked...

...then it was on to the Jaguar CD itself.  We didn't have any CD games to test it with so I stuck in a CD...didn't work...but after I took it all apart, cleaned it, tightened it to where it was sitting balanced on the Jaguar (the main issue these things have) *and* properly placed the closing trigger (which was just a flimsy plastic piece sitting on a leaf switch) it was spinning music CD's and playing them.  Came back the next day with some games I burned to see if it'd play CD games and yes, I fixed it...worked like a dream.

Took this glamor shot of it working with all our Jaguar games and the official cords and this was instantly bought by a collector the day we posted about it.

Criterion + Arrow + 4K Red Rack

We've recently added a bunch of premium discs to our red "New Release" rack.  All the Criterion, Arrow & 4K Blu-Rays are all in one spot so come check 'em out!

Donkey Kong Junior Arcade Repaired

Someone ripped out our DK Jr. 2 player button...wow...

...but I fixed it with all new buttons.  I hope to be doing more repairs on all our old classic games...they get a lot of use!

GAMESWAP Sign Repaired

It's been a while since this has been fixed.  Our owner will be allowing us to do other store repairs through this coming year, too.  So thankful to him, the staff and our customers for how well we've been doing!

World of Nintendo Figures

In our rare games case up by the register we have a basket of PokéMon toys and now next to it we have another basket of loose World of Nintendo toys!  

The Simpsons Section

Got a bunch of Simpsons toys we haven't had in a while so I put them together in a "Simpsons Section" and they've been moving fast!

Stephen's Trip To Japan

He brought us gift's...these were from the Tokyo PokéMon Center...thank you!

He also brought Sumo trading cards to sell in the store!

And samurai snacks.  The sweet ones were supposed to be like a butterscotch thing but I couldn't get into the like leaves (?) in the middle of it.  The other fish stick cracker snack was yummy, though.

N64 Cases Full

This is the most variety of N64 games we've had in a while so you better get 'em before they're gone!

MicroVision Games

MicroVision was a very early dot matrix portable game machine where the games had their own film overlays for the screen & controls.  Interesting idea for the time...these rarities didn't last long.

Ducking Good BBQ Breakfast

Biscuits and gravy with sausage patties and apple juice...yum.  Thanks to Catacomb Records for getting Minton's Ducking Good BBQ food truck here for Black Friday.

They usually do BBQ which they had some of it there, but I got the breakfast...I wanted to go back to try the BBQ, but they left at noon.

Mighty Max Complete Sets

It's rare to find these with the tiny Mighty Max figures...but we got 'em complete and unbroken!
