Tried something different at Los Reyes and it's pretty good. Lot's of variety & trimmings but the meat of Carnitas is the pork itself which seems grilled then fried...so it's not like simple pulled pork, it had more to it. Very good, will add this to my rotation of meals I get for Los Reyes.
